This was a £4M Extension, which consisted of a swimming pool, learner pool and new fitness suite. As part of the new two storey construction, we also built a new changing village, café seating area, competitor seating, various plant rooms, a treatment room, extended the car park and the carriageway / roundabout to accommodate for coach access. The existing building also underwent a full refit as part of the project.

Whilst the project had its challenges, the main one being the staged handover of the build whilst keeping the site open throughout. All of this was achieved whilst being part of the Considerate Constructor Scheme, for which it received a Performance beyond compliance certificate as well as scoring a Very Good BREEAM status.
