Principal Contractor delivering multi million pound flight training equipment at a London Airport. Managing the migration of 13 Flight Simulators to the clients new Simulator Hall at their Operations Base Heathrow and taking the role as Principal Contractor.

Working closely with the client’s American flight simulator specialist and co-ordinating a fast track Mechanical and electrical programme which could not slip due to pilot training. Liaising working schedules with the clients different business group eg: properties, engineering, cabin crew and pilots was particularly challenging, requiring a great deal of diplomacy as well as leadership. Communication and attention to detail was key to this projects successful delivery, which is why the project was delivered on time and in budget.
