We had the full M&E contract to install all electrical services, also replace LV Pan assemblies with new mccbs this required a close monitored weekend shut down of the BOA site.

Installation of a new Mitsubishi AC system, installation of new AHUs with new primary/secondary duct work

Installation of a new BMS system to the newly refurbished floors integrating with the current BMS system. This included commissioning of all new AC/electrical/plumbing services, air balancing of new AHU duct work.
